Proof° is a delightful gem in Fort Wayne! 🌟 We stopped by on a Thursday and enjoyed the patio with $2 off burgers - what a fantastic deal! The Proof Burger was perfectly cooked, while my mushroom risotto with chicken stole the show.

The atmosphere of the historic building paired with modern touches is inviting, and the fast, friendly service made our evening even better.

Don’t miss out on their craft cocktails; the Lemon Cookie Martini was a treat! Definitely a great spot for a date or gathering with friends. Can’t wait to return! 🍔🥂
