Bistro Nota is a true gem in Fort Wayne! 🍽️ Nestled on S Calhoun St, the cozy yet trendy atmosphere immediately sets the mood for an unforgettable meal.

I sampled the Charred Brussels and Pain Et Fromage as appetizers, both bursting with flavor. The Oven Roasted Chicken Breast was tender, accompanied by delicious fingerling potatoes.

I couldn't resist trying their Pasta Bolognese, which was simply divine - a perfect harmony of rich sauce and creamy ricotta. Great cocktails and a lovely wine list seal the deal! I’ll definitely be back for more. Cheers to Bistro Nota! 🥂
