Prairie Fire offers a delightful escape for a casual night out. I began with the savory mushroom toast - so satisfying! For the main course, the burrata pizza was a standout; perfectly crispy with fresh toppings. I couldn’t resist the squid ink pasta - unique and packed with flavor. The bar staff crafted some amazing cocktails too.
The cozy ambiance, complete with a warm fireplace, really sets the mood. Friendly service made it even better. I’ll definitely be back for more dining adventures! 🍕
