We've been coming here for years now, and we have not been disappointed at all by this spot.
It is consistently one of our favorite ramen spots to travel to and eat or get take-out at. They currently have a summer deal going on for 3 Gyozas with any ramen, which is a good steal considering the price of the gyoza is nearly triple the price for what they are offering.
We decided to dine-in today, rather than get take-out.
They take your orders before you are seated, which allows you to get the ramen decently fast after seating. I typically order the Gankara Miso, but this time I tried the TanTan style.
It was nice and creamy, with a little bit of spice but not overwhelming.
The noodles were soft and chewy, and the additional toppings helped to elevate the dish.
I also got the gyoza, which came with a ponzu sauce that was a little sweet but very savory.
The price is average for a ramen establishment, and they do offer add-ons that may start adding up to your total, but are worth adding.
I added extra noodles and crunchy garlic, which helped use most of the remaining broth after I finished my bowl. The only downside of this location is the amount of tables it has.
It has consistently grown, including now some "outdoor" seating for the establishment, but we saw many people get turned away or told the wait was going to be very long for a table.
I probably wouldn't ever come here with a party larger than 4 people, as you will have to wait a decent amount of time to be seated.

This place was hidden inside of a shopping center so we couldn’t see it from the street.
You order first before being seated in the small dining room.
Once we were seated, the food came very quickly.
The bowls are huge and was a very generous amount of ramen.
The spicy miso ramen was very flavorful and delicious.
The Sapporo shio ramen was also yummy.
The broth was not too rich or spicy.
The service was attentive as well.
Would definitely come back to try other flavors.

I had the Sapporo shio and the chicken gyoza with a yuzu ramune.
The ramen broth was a creamy chicken broth that was lightly peppered and very light.
It was flavorful but not overpowering.
The noodles were cooked excellently and absorbed the flavor of the broth, however, there wasn't a lot of noodles.
The pork belly was incredibly tender, probably the best I've had it.
It was very nicely cooked and melted in your mouth.
The soft boiled egg was good, but nothing to write home about.
The rest of the toppings were good.
Overall, the ramen was amazing.
The components combined to take you on a journey full of flavor.
The chicken gyoza was good with the ponzu sauce, but it didn't make as much of an impact as the ramen.
It felt lacking, but it was still good.
It felt more bland than it should have. Wait times were short for seating and after ordering.
You place your order and then are seated.
Probably took around 10-15 minutes to receive the ramen, and I had finished my ramen by the time we received the gyoza.
The waiter was kind and refilled our waters when we were low, but otherwise left us to our food.
They wouldn't split the check, but that might not be an issue for some. The decor was very on theme and you could see them cook if you sat at the bar seating.
They also had a list of alcoholic drinks you could order, but I did not get one. I would have liked to see tonkatsu broth, but that's just a personal opinion and won't affect the rating. Overall, a nice hole in the wall ramen shop that isn't going to break the bank to give you some nice flavors.
