If you're ever in Lubbock, Powell's Country Bar-B-Q is an absolute must-visit! 🍖

This cozy spot feels like home with its rustic charm, reminding me of my great-great-grandmother's house. I ordered the two-meat plate with brisket and ribs, and wow - both were tender, flavorful, and that smoky taste was out of this world!

The potato salad and beans complemented the meal perfectly. Plus, Mr. Powell’s warm hospitality made the experience even better.

At just $11 for a hearty meal, I can't believe I waited so long to try this hidden gem! I’ll be back... definitely! 🥳
