Normally they do a great job but this sandwich was lacking today. I would've been happier to have less bun vs.
seeing so much of it

Food and atmosphere don't truly reflect a real potbelly restaurant.
Not sure what it is with businesses and restaurants in South Dakota.
They sure don't conform to what other locations look and feel like in other states.
Food as a whole not just this place also lacks in taste in this state.
Don't trust me order your favorite sandwich at this location then go try the same sandwich in Fargo or the cities.
Outside of SD they will blow your mind away and youll see what I'm talking about

The chicken pot pie soup was amazing!! Today they tried to pass off watery chicken soup for the chicken pot pie soup.
Then when we questioned it they argued with us.
They also didn’t know how to do a refund.
Had to call multiple people and never got it resolved.
He had to give us coupons to use at a later date.
Extremely disappointed!!
