Inca Mexican Restaurant exceeded my expectations on my first visit! The atmosphere is lively, albeit a bit cozy, which adds to its charm. I ordered the burrito with queso and an a la carte tamale, and both were incredibly flavorful and generously stuffed. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, creating a friendly vibe. While the rice could use a touch more seasoning, everything else was spot on. I’m looking forward to another meal here soon! 🌮
