Portobello is a delightful spot for a casual bite in Derby! I popped in for breakfast and was impressed by the cheerful service and atmosphere. The smoked mackerel salad was fresh and flavorful, topped perfectly with hard-boiled egg. I also tried the pork sausage roll, which was heavenly! Each item is reasonably priced - under £4 - and there's a nice variety on the menu.

The only downside? I wish they had outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely weather. I look forward to coming back! ☕️
