If you find yourself in Derby, make sure to swing by Heather's Sandwich Bar. The breakfast roll is enormous, loaded with fresh ingredients, and perfect for a busy morning. I tried the beef cob, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had - juicy and bursting with flavor! The atmosphere is casual, ideal for a quick bite or takeout. Just a heads up, it’s cash only, but the incredible cakes are worth a trip! 🍰
