Portillo's in Madison is a delightful fast food gem tucked inside West Towne Mall! 🌭 The atmosphere is lively, and the service is impressively quick, even if the smiles are minimal.

I indulged in the Italian Beef sandwich - it was bursting with flavor! My daughter couldn’t stop raving about the chili dog and cheese fries, which were perfectly crispy.

Don’t miss out on the lemon strawberry shake, a refreshing twist! 🍓 Overall, while prices are on the higher side for fast food, the quality makes it worthwhile. I can't wait to visit again! 🌟
