Thee WORST SERVICE IN CHARLOTTE! THE unprofessional employee who too my order sounded like Hell was her best friend and her ill stomach was hanging out and exposed! WTH!! No receipt and didn't add everything to my order.
Gave me a scum look too.
Never again.
Both were black women who are Horrible at their job.

Drive thru customer here. My main complaint, the meat in “the sandwich”.
Was not a white meat chicken breast.
Was something butchered and glued into place and had grain going different directions that did not look grown naturally.
Looked like meat glue product.
Very fatty and tasteless and off putting.
Gross really.
Won’t be back for anything now that they’ve lowered the standards so much just to keep prices the same. Update- will avoid this so called Resturaunt in the future and warn all loved ones away forever.
I bought sandwiches for me and my wife and son.
We’ve all been stuck in the toilet since.
Bad cramps and diarrhea. Should be shut down.

I had a great experience at this location today.
Alyssa greeted me at the intercom and window which was pleasantly surprising! You don’t really get that at fast food restaurants anymore! She complemented me on how good my meal would be and even upsold me a apple pie! She wasn’t lying either my food was good! Thank you Alyssa! These are the type of people that should be considered first for promotions and raises! Hoping this review gets to the right people ❤️
