Atmosphere was definitely a vibe.
I enjoyed the live DJ.
There was a little wait to be seated.
After we were seated it took the waitress a while to come and take our order.
We did have to wait a while for the food.
I felt like for as long as we waited the food should have been HOT.
It was lukewarm.
Also had to ask the waitress for refills.
Ordered an appetizer and didn’t get it.
They did credit me back for it.
Overall it was an ok experience the food was good and I will definitely be back.

I ordered an extra cornbread that was placed in a container.
I took a bite out of the cornbread and it was extremely hard, so I asked for another one.
She opened the container, took it to the back and came back and told me that the cornbread was premade and she can put it in the microwave.
I told her that the other cornbread that came with the order wasn't as hard, she gave me a heat transfer lesson, which I didn't need. If the cornbread needs to be heated in order to be acceptable to customers, why not do that prior to putting brick hard cornbread in the bag? The solution I can heat it is what I was told.
I wasn't given another one after she opened it and did God knows what with it.
A cornbread was worth losing a customer. Yikes, Mr.
Charles, when you expand your business you don't allow your older establishments to become shabby.
Sad...

The food here is pretty good.
The staff has always been pleasant to me, and the overall atmosphere is pleasing. The only disappointment I have had is the size of the chicken wings served with a waffle.
C'mon guys, you can do better than miniature baby wings.
