Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Normally the service is decent but yesterday was the exception.
Placed a mobile order on the app, arrived about 15 minutes after I ordered and ended up waiting another 40 minutes for my food.
The wait times were so bad that a bunch of customers had requested refunds and left but I decided to wait only because I had already paid on the app.
The customers that did wait, they were smart to check their food before they left since a lot of them were missing items that they paid for or not given exactly what they ordered.
One woman checked before she left and was missing her sides of fries and mac and it's baffling to me that they forgot 2 of the things she paid for.
One thing I can kinda understand but 2? I myself had finally received my order and upon checking noticed that they forgot the pie I ordered, which meant I had to wait another 10 minutes for it.
The only reason I didn't leave one star is because the African American dude handling the cashier was absolutely trying his best to deal with the chaos going on in the kitchen.
One customer ended up cussing him out as I was there and it didn't feel fair to cuss out the only person in the kitchen who seemed to know what they were doing.
I barely go to Popeyes nowadays and after my experience yesterday, I don't think you'll catch me going to this location whenever I do crave some Popeyes in the future.
Also, the fried chicken and the pie could've spent an extra 2 minutes in the fryer......

The little girl working behind the counter TASHPEA gave my food away after we ordered online, IN FRONT OF ME! Then her and her coworker started laughing and talking in their native language after it was brought to their attention.
We were racially profiled and ridiculed when we went inside and we were respectful to their establishment.
Meanwhile having to wait yet another 20 minutes for them to make the order again!!! Ridiculous!!! The customer service here is terrible and we will never order from here again! She is a disgusting disrespectful human who has no humility! Seems like Popeyes just hires anyone from the streets !

Seem like they just want your money and don’t care about the customer service or quality of food.
I pre ordered my food.
My order was suppose to have Mac and cheese, I got there and told my name on arrival.
My food was placed ok the counter and the associate looked at me and said ready.
I stayed thy I had Mac and cheese also.
She said it’s coming.
A gentleman walks over to my food and places it back into the warmer.
I ask what’s going on why u take my food.
He stated “the mac n cheese not ready, 10 more minutes.” So I ask when we’re u going to communicate that to me so I can pick another option.
He said idk, what do you want.
