November 27, 2024I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen recently, and while the food was decent, the experience was a mixed bag. I opted for the spicy chicken, which was juicy and well-seasoned, a real comfort staple. However, the lobby was locked, prompting a confusing wait until I could find access. Inside, it felt hotter than the food, and the environment needed some TLC - probably could use a deep clean. Still, the staff was friendly, and their effort shines through despite the hiccups. Hope they can keep improving! 🐔
