Cactus Flower Mexican Restaurant & Cantina is a delightful find! I indulged in the Stacked Santa Fe Enchiladas, bursting with flavor, accompanied by tasty beans and rice. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch, with just the right amount of spice. 🌶️

The cozy ambiance, complete with a warm fireplace, made for a pleasant dining experience. Although the food was a tad salty at times, the vibrant flavors definitely outweighed that. Don’t skip the Sopapilla for dessert - it was the perfect sweet finish! Enjoy a lively evening here after a busy day...
