Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I got to the drive thru and there was no other vehicle in the line.
It took the girl 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there.
Then, all I ordered was 2 of 'The Sandwich' spicy.
Just two sandwiches! I was then asked to pull ahead and sat there for easily 25 minutes.
They were handing out orders to multiple vehicles that got there before me and when they finally got my food to me...
it was cold.
So beware a fast food place during evening rush or they may give you cold food...
what a joke.

9-6-2024 If I could give no stars to be able to give this review...🤬 I would went there this morning, my order was taken and I pulled around to the window, the girl at the window told me I needed to go back through the drive because she didn't get my order,because she was on the phone🤬(I was ready to leave the establishment right then and there,🤬 but considering people do have emergencies happen with their families sometimes like ever the benefit of the doubt)I go back to the drive-thru place my order again, pull up to the window,pay for my food..
I pull around to the parking lot to check my food and it's the wrong food (you can tell the difference between spicy and mild just by looking under the skin)...
At least that's what I was taught when I worked there "back in the day"..I go in to try to get a refund,or exchange it for the correct item,they wouldn't let me do that either,... 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I have been a long-time customer, but no more.I absolutely refuse to spend my money with this business ever again..
I wish the owner of these local establishments,Patricia, would pay more attention to her businesses...
And who gets hired.

I read the reviews here and I agree, with a few.
My Ghost Pepper Wings have been tough seems they let them sit for hours and lie about them just coming out the oil fresh.
My fries have been cold when I ask for them to be fresh.
My tenders werent cooked through thoroughly.
Stop coming here or go inside, not thru the drive thru its messed up because the workers are nice.
