I came to dine-in on my lunch break and placed my order at 2pm.They forgot to make my order so they started and I finally got it 30 mins later and was able to eat my lunch and head back to work.They compensated by giving me a large soda and an extra strawberry biscuit. I wasn't too bothered cause I was going to spend my entire lunch there, but it would definitely inconvenience someone who needed to leave immediately. Food was delicious, place was clean and the employees were cool.
I have had some not so great experiences with this Center Point, AL location.I gave them another try since the remodel.I tried the new signature hot wings, and they did not disappoint! So delicious 😋.The customer service was great that day, such an improvement from the past.
Worst Popeye's ever.If I could give minus 5 stars, I would.Got my order wrong twice.It was just a Big Box.Put 10 mixed up pieces in it.Why is that hard.Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken to cook because at 2:30 p.m., I guess it's a big deal to drop more chicken.Will never return.Oh, and the card machine is broken.Cash only.Junky place, and slowwwww.
