My dad tried to order a chicken breast and thigh, spicy with a red beans and rice side plus a sweet tea which came up to around $17.12.
They put a leg and thigh in the box and when he tried to tell them it was wrong they argued with him.
After several minutes they did finally correct the order but they never gave him his change of $.88 out of the $18 he originally handed them.
This is the third time we have had some kind of negative interaction here.
We go here because it’s convenient but we are just going to go to one of the other locations for now on.

The service of fast food In general has come to a complete disaster.
We waited 20 plus minutes for a order I placed online and went to pick up 🤦🏽‍♂️ they really didn’t care that I was waiting so long and didn’t even greet us when the food was finally brought out.
Popeyes has been a staple for years and a go to restaurant but they’re are starting to mess that up as well

Ordered a meal #1 and a meal #3, and the store charged me for these 2 meals, but once I got home, they gave me 2 #1 meals. One of them seemed that it was already there in the heating area, and the other one, the chicken, was not fully cooked (you can see the pink inside the chicken). I have been to various locations, and this is the first time I have had this issue in a Popeyes :(
