So, this is my local Popeye's, and I have never been too crazy about the food here.
The app never lets me use my points for this location, and the food never seems all that good -- which is strange since it should be the same across all franchise locations.
And most of the time if I order through the app, they have to double check that it's right once I get there and then I have to wait for them to make it. But as of today, my experience has changed.
The biscuits, for instance, I didn't throw them away, because they're fluffy and light, instead of seeming deep fried.
They gave me extra chicken and extra sauce, and my order was ready and they could just hand it to me.
Maybe they just changed their oil, too, because the chicken tasted extra good, too. Anyway, I dunno what changed, but I had a really exceptional experience today.
I hope they keep it up.

Always have problems with missing items when using food delivery app.
Today I ordered three chicken meals that came with three dipping sauces, but they didnt make it in the delivery.
Also the signature hot breaded wings were very weird.
Sauce was gritty like it was a bunch of creole seasoning put in a watered down franks hot.
Look and smell good but the mouth feel was weird.

Don't ever order food from their app.
I always have problems getting my drink when I order a combo meal.
Today, I texted my dasher to not forget my sweet tea.
They texted back saying no sweet tea was ordered.
I texted them my receipt to show Popeyes and they said I canceled my tea when I never did.
I called them and told them to look at my receipt that I sent to my dasher.
They were very rude and insisted that I canceled it.
You can't cancel anything in the app once it's been ordered.
I always have issues with a missing drink when I order from here.
How do you order a combo meal that doesn't come with a drink? I spent over $18 and they said I only spent $6 something
