Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at Santa Fe Plaza is a delightful spot for chicken lovers! 🍗 I recently ordered their famous Truff Blackened Chicken Sandwich, paired with red beans and rice and Cajun fries during Happy Hour - only $2 for small sides!

The service was impressively fast, and I appreciated the friendly staff who kept me updated while my food was freshly prepared. The chicken was tender and flavorful, plus the Strawberry Biscuit was a sweet finish!

Although I’ve had mixed reviews in the past, this location has redeemed itself. I might just be a regular! 😄✨
