Pomelo in Liverpool offers a delightful experience for anyone looking for Asian fusion cuisine. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for groups. I was impressed by the diverse drink menu - try the refreshing cocktails, they really stood out!

The small plates were fantastic; the flavors blended beautifully. I had the Char Siu with Rice, which was well-prepared despite initial confusion in the ordering process.

Service was friendly, and while there were minor hiccups, the new management handled everything smoothly. I’ll definitely return for more culinary adventures! 🍽️
