Poki Stop is my new go-to for a quick sushi fix! 🍣 I ordered a poke bowl with half brown rice and half mixed greens, topped with tuna, salmon, and spicy shrimp, and it was incredible - fresh, generous portions, and everything paired perfectly!

The atmosphere is laid-back yet trendy, and the staff are super friendly. The only downside is their limited drink options; bringing your own is a must. The only bummer? They’re closed on weekends! That said, I can’t wait to return for more spicy mayo goodness... 😋
