While we were in Phoenix we told ourselves we had to go here. We've been hearing about how great it was.Well the first day we missed it by a hour. Then the second day it was Easter and they closed early. So today the day we go home we were determined to go.Waited 2 hours but it was so worth it.The Mozzarella salad was amazing, so flavorful and the perfect amount. We couldn't decide which pizza to get so we got 3.The Margherita pizza was so light and simple but done perfectly. My husband's favorite was Sonny Boy, it was so good.Very glad we got to experience it.If you are in the area do it but remember there will be a long wait so don't go hungry
I had a delightful experience here. The ambiance of the place is really cool, with its brick oven taking center stage.Watching the pizzas being prepared right in front of you adds a unique touch to the dining experience. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous, perfect for enjoying a meal in good weather 😊 While I've heard a lot about the food, I found it to be good, slightly overrated. That said, the mozzarella salad stood out as truly amazing – a must-try for anyone visiting. The staff at Pizzeria Bianco were friendly and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere
Nice patio area where we sat to enjoy beers during the very long wait. That said, the wait was well worth it! We showed up on a Thursday evening around 5:15 pm and had about a 90 minute wait.We enjoyed some beers while waiting. The Church Music IPA was delicious and exactly what I wanted in this nice spring evening. We ordered antipasto, which was amazing, and I personally ordered the Rosa pizza. All rave reviews from my group. We also got the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies to go.Glad to say I visited!
