The food is DELICIOUS.
My only issue is they tend to forget to bring the accoutrements I've requested, even those I've paid for.
No paid for additional dips.
No crushed red pepper flakes or grated parmesan packets.
I mean, I know they're busy.
However, EVERYTHING is listed right there within my order and clearly visible.
Hopefully, they'll rectify at some point within time 🙏🤞

We never really order pizza hut but tried it tonight during the storm.
We live in eastmoore and not a lot of places deliver here.
The driver (a handsome, polite black man) was super fast and really friendly! He asked us to leave him a good review but the food was fast, tasted good, and he brought it all to us. Great job on food and great job with the delivery! We will gladly order again.

The pizza was fresh and good however online said 15 mins so I got there on time.
I waited n waited n waited finally they said they forgot to put my pizza in so itll b another 7 mins.
I understand being busy and making mistakes, we all do it, but the two girls running the show didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for my patience.
I ended up waiting a total 40 mins for my one large pizza.
Its ridiculous.
When mistakes like that happen, an apology is in order.
Manager teach ur staff some manners ASAP.
