My husband and I usually order from here weekly or go in store to grab items.
And up until today we've never had problems.
Today I ordered a bowl (toasted) with steak, double barb, brown rice, lettuce and cilantro.
It was burnt.
The lettuce was disgusting and the cilantro was a step away from being basil.
We order here all the time and have never had an issue.
I call the store and request to speak to the manager and the owner answers.
Perfect.
I explain to the owner, Jay (she refused to give the first initial to her last name though I asked politely more than once), that the food looked gross/burnt multiple times.
She responded by saying the food is toasted (I know this I've ordered a decent amount from here).
She also stated the food is put into a hot box.
I asked if we could exchange it since she assumed we wanted a refund and she said no since it was a third party order.
Uber eats and door dash are keeping your business afloat at this point.

shout out to the guy in there at night who was extremely helpful and accomidating to our request to dine in at 9:37pm food hit the spot after a long day and the atmosphere was very chill.

I had hot heads for the first time a few days ago and fell.
In.
Love! I had a burrito with just about everything on it, bbq sauce and sweet hab.
The tortilla was toasted, the rice mixed with the veggies, and the sausage was AMAZING, chizrio I think? After the first bite I was HOOKED and devastated after it disappeared in seconds.
Don't let that fool you though, they have GIRTHY burritos, if you're looking for something to get you full, taste amazing, and willing to spend about 11.25 for one person, I recommend it, it's worth it.
