The most infuriating pizza experience of the decade.
Will never order Pizza Hut again. Ordered through website and was completely confused when we got a message through doordash saying the order was canceled but on the pizza hut tracker it said we would get it.
Doordash deliverer said the order was canceled because they didn't have the ingredients.
Called Pizza Hut to get some clarity.
Roger said we ordered through the website and will get our order soon. We didn't get the order.
Called PH again and the order status was canceled.
Tried to get a refund through DoorDash and we tried to re order our order making EXTRA SURE we ordered through the phone and not the website.
Placed the same order and asked if they were affiliated with DoorDash.
William told me explicitly "No." Let me tell you, I never blow a fuse in food service; but me and my mom were both furious when we got another text saying DoorDash would be delivering for them. And THEN instead of boneless garlic parm wings, we got some kind of bone-in, certainly-not-garlic parm wings.
The receipt was correct, the wings we got were not.
Called PH AGAIN and they sent the correct wings. We were made to believe as though they were not using third party delivery, or that we had gone insane and ordered DoorDash without noticing.
Glad to say that I will never ever use Pizza Hut again.
Domino's has never done me this bad.
Neither has Little Caesar's.

Doesnt offer delivery.
Takes your money and then cancels the order.
You cant peak to anyone at the store.
Your call is forwarded to a call center where the rudest people are answering the phone.
They want you to wait 5-7 business days for refund yet take your money instantly.

Ordered my food and didn’t receive it until three hours after.
The food was hard and they did not give me the sauces i paid for.
Supposedly my order was free but they still took money out of my account.
The corporate people did not help because the store does not answer the phone.
Terrible experience do not order from here.
They are stealing money and lying about it!
