Pizza Hut

Been getting pizza at this location for a while now and they consistently provide speedy reliable service at an excellent price.
One time my wife and I were having a rough evening, went to get some pizza, and while ordering got to talking to people there.
I briefly expressed that it wasn't so great of an evening and when I went back to get my pizza they threw in mini rolls on the house.
That little kindness really helped turn our evening around.
Thank you guys! We will most certainly continue to frequent your location.

Horrible service!! Waited for an order that never came!! Waste of 80$!! Called in multiple times to straighten up the issue and was told no manager available! Several attempts later I reached the so called management!! Super rude attitude and unwilling to help with a refund or anything at all for that matter no empathy whatsoever and even hung up on me!! Claiming there was no proof of the order as if i made this all up.
I have the order number and online history.
Do better lakewood pizza hut I have never had an issue at other locations.

I order the pizza delivered.
Waited 2 hours, call them asked about it, was told it was coming shortly, waited another hour and still no pizza.
I called right before closing and was told I would get a refund for my entire purchase, so that was great.
However, 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund.
I keep calling and getting brushed off.
I have a bank statement to prove what I paid them but the last offer was half as a credit.
This is ridiculous! Bad Business practice! I just want my $23.40 back!
