October 05, 2024I recently ordered from Pizza Hut at 2575 Old Fort Pkwy, and while the service was friendly, the food quality was hit-or-miss. 🍕 I opted for the tavern-style pizza, which unfortunately arrived overcooked and lacking sauce - it felt like it had been reheated rather than freshly made.
However, the friendly counter staff, particularly an older woman with a bright smile, truly made the experience better.
Timely delivery was a big plus, but my drinks were missing, and communication with staff afterwards was frustrating. I may try them again for traditional crust, but I'll keep my expectations in check. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick meal but doesn't wow
