Super frustrating how they want to charge full price for a milkshake but then only fill 3/4 full and when you ask for more b4 he hands it out the window he says "I can't it's how I'm trained to make them" well your scamming customers and I'm reporting to corporate.Count your days HARDEES !!! Damn shame.Horrible experience and the employee didn't care to make it right.

I've been in this chain before & at times they're a little rare where I live.This was a fluke restaurant stop & was not one I'll be back to.The food was fine, but with no one in front of me it was easily 5+ minutes before someone was at the front counter to place an order.Also the entire restaurant smelled of marijuana

Being a person who works in customer service you know the ends and outs of what a day can consist of interacting with individuals from all walks of life.Sometimes those experiences can be great, others ok and some down right ugly and annoying.Because of this, when you do experience great customer service it sticks in your mind and honestly it can make your day if you weren’t having a great one to start with.This week, I received great customer service from one of the morning employees.Her name is Miranda.When I arrived at the drive thru, she said Good Morning and asked me what I would like to order.I provided her my order, 2 biscuits and gravy.When I pulled around to the window I’m not sure if she could tell my day started off chaotic but she went above and beyond to make me smile and she made sure to tell me to have a great day and stay positive before I pulled off.Now to some that may be a daily experience with her but this was my first time coming to this location and her attitude and kindness, simply put, was the push I needed to get me through the day, with the morning I had.She is a great asset to your team! Thank you Miranda for being kind, excelling at your job and providing great customer service! You made my day! Thank you!
