I've been a loyal Pizza Hut fan for years, but my recent experience at the Clarksville location left much to be desired.

Ordering was frustrating, as I had to repeat myself multiple times. My order ended up wrong - it lacked the extra garlic butter I requested. At least the delivery driver was friendly and tried to remedy the situation with extra sauce!

However, the burnt cheese sticks and the pizzas with hardly any cheese were a letdown. I appreciate the convenience of their no-contact delivery and easy parking, but I hope they can improve their service and training. Will I return? Maybe when things get better... 🍕
