I can't believe i spent $32 on what I thought was Pizza Hut Quality & Service.I ordered pizza and wings with ranch only for me not to receive the ranch then upon calling I was informed by the manager that I could come pick it up, well if I could have picked up my order I would not have had it delivered.So I ask can you please have it delivered to me like what I paid for to begin with only to be told that he couldn't because DoorDash delivered my order.I didn't go through DoorDash for my food I ordered from Pizza Hut online ordering but I guess that doesn't matter.Then to top everything off my pizza was cold.My wife was in the hospital all night and got sent home from the hospital and all she wanted was Pizza Hut wings with ranch that's her comfort food and she couldn't have that.I don't have any idea what's happened to Pizza Hut other than their prices went up and their Quality went down.I know if I wanted low grade pizza I would have went to Little Caesars.
I have only ordered from this pizza hut twice in 3 years.I ordered 2 pizzas last night.I go pick them up and bring them home.I looked at them and they were half cooked.It was still part doughy.So I called them and they told me to come get 2 more pizzas.Needless to say I got home and it's the same concept.So if this has happened to me every time I have ordered from them then I give up on this pizza hut. I wasn't fixing to drive up there again to get more half done pizzas.
