Ordered pizza to be delivered on 3-2-24 and had a small mistake in my order due to a miscommunication with a Doordash driver but the young lady on the phone went above and beyond as well as their official delivery driver (older gentleman) Thanks for taking pride in your customers Pizza Hut! Ordered pizza and waited for 2 hours.
Didn't hear anything back from them, but I don't like to hound so I assumed they were busy and let them do there thing.
9pm rolls around and I decide to check on my order.
That's when I noticed y'all were closed at 9pm.
Pizza was ordered when y'all were open.
Phone call would have been cool.
Now I gotta wait for my refund.
Thanks for nothing.
Spent way too much on a 1 topping with tip included , because I was in a good mood tonight.
Annoying as hell.
