Ended up here after there was nothing else open to eat inside the Horseshoe.
Staff was attentive, and the portion I got for the meatballs and ricotta with pasta was MASSIVE! Food is run of the mill, nothing special but it definitely isn’t bad at all.

My wife and I were pretty much forced to eat here because it was the only place open in horseshoe casino..
I ordered six wings they charged me for 12 and when I said something about it they had an attitude..
then when I asked for extra blue cheese they charged me 53 cents extra for each cup..
and then when I asked for a bag so I can take my leftover food with me are you charged five cents per bag..
the chicken alfredo was very good..
the wings are very tough and very skimpy and definitely not worth it...
the customer service is horrible

Mike, Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry there are not more options but at Piezzetta we do our best to serve every guest and make sure they have an enjoyable experience.
It sounds like the Alfredo was great but the wings and customer service fell short.
In regards to the $.05 for the bag Mayor Brandon Scott and the City of Baltimore require us to charge a minimum $.05 a bag and it has to be reusable.
Again please accept our apology about the wings and customer.

I've been inside and ordered through doordash.
I love the casino and the atmosphere near the kitchen.
My recent order was 5 minutes ago through doordash.
I missed something so I called and they were very nice and accommodating.
Food is great!
