We were in Baltimore (my favorite city) for the weekend with friends, and on our final day(Sunday), we went here for brunch. The food was sooooo delicious! I had the James Brown, which was grits with their house made sauce, and deep fried catfish.Just so good. And we also had the Mt Rushmore, which was 3 huge biscuits with berry compote.Ah! Just spectacular! Washed it down with the watermelon cucumber lemon-aid.
Visited on a Sunday morning. Food: very delicious.Definitely a 10/10 for taste Service: everyone was very nice. You just might need some patience. Atmosphere: nicely decorated!
I had the lamb chop lollipops with eggs and rosemary potatoes. It was bangin! The owner, Kevin, waited on me personally, which was nice of him. This reminds me of the EARLY days of Miss Shirley's; great food with a cool, close-knit vibe.Tables turned over in ample time to ensure you'll find close parking. Prices are reasonable, and the apple cider was perfect for a crisp autumn day.The area is a great opportunity to show someone my city without fielding dumb questions about The Wire.#FIVESTARS
