Phuket Cafe is a delightful find! Nestled in a cozy neighborhood, the ambiance is warm and inviting, especially with the heated outdoor seating. 🌞

The **pork belly appetizer** was an absolute standout, perfectly crispy and flavorful. I also loved the **massaman curry** - rich and delightful! The **pad see ew** was by far the best I've had in Portland, bursting with flavor.

Plus, their newly introduced dessert of **banana cake with coconut ice cream** was heavenly! Don't forget to make a reservation; this hidden gem fills up quickly! I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! 🍽️✨
