Phở Vân is a delightful gem on El Cajon Blvd! 🌟 I recently visited for a cozy lunch and couldn’t resist trying the Hu Tieu My Tho (#86) with shrimp and pork. The large bowl was bursting with flavor and generous portions - definitely a satisfying warmth on a chilly day!
The service was brisk, though there was a minor hiccup with the noodle order, but it was quickly resolved.
I will absolutely be back to try their famed pho next time! If you're in San Diego, don't miss this spot! 🍜✨
