Ali's is the spot to go for some chicken and waffles in San Diego, I got combo number 2 w/ the Ali sauce and the coconut syrup.
Delicious 😋

Ali's C&W was worth the stop.
I usually don't like chicken strips but Ali's was definitely an exception to this rule.
The strips come in several flavors, plain, mild, and hot.
I got mild.
It was excellent.
The strips were seasoned very well and went perfect with the waffles. Ali's is not really a sit-down place.
Its pretty small.
So, for the best experience plan on getting your food to go. There's a donut shop in the same space as Ali's.
They're not bad either.
