Phở Tô Châu is a gem in Chinatown serving some of the best pho you can find! 😋 I ordered the XL pho with beef and beef balls, and the rich, flavorful broth did not disappoint. The garnishes - bean sprouts, basil, and homemade chili oil - were plentiful.

Sure, the cash-only policy and occasional slow service can be a bit frustrating; however, the delicious comfort food makes it all worthwhile. Just remember to bring cash and be prepared to wait a little! It's a cozy spot that truly feels like home. I can’t wait to come back for more! 🌟
