Pho Saigon Pasteur Noodle House is a delightful find in Fremont! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual dinner or a quick lunch. I ordered the vegetarian pho, and it was fantastic!

The veggie broth was rich and flavorful, paired with generous basil - definitely a must-try for fellow vegetarians!

Their spring rolls were crispy and fresh, making for a perfect starter. Despite it being busy during lunch 🙃, the service was impressively fast. Prices are unbeatable, with most pho dishes well under $10!
