Phở KIM AN Restaurant is an absolute gem! 🌟 I stumbled upon this cozy spot while exploring Honolulu, and it reminded me of my time in Hanoi.

I ordered the tofu/veg pho and the beef broth pho, and both were incredible! The culantro added a perfect touch that many places often overlook. The eggrolls were also delightful - served over rice noodles and veggies, a real treat!

Their iced coffee? A must-try! While the service was a bit slow during peak hours, it’s all part of the casual vibe. Can’t wait to return for more delicious pho! 🍜
