I recently dined at Phở Kietzke, and while it’s not the fanciest spot, it’s a hidden gem for authentic Vietnamese comfort food! 🍜
I ordered their delicious pho and crispy spring rolls, both made fresh daily. The flavors were on point, and the huge portions were easily shareable! The sweet owner greeted me warmly, despite a slight language barrier.
The atmosphere was cozy, perfect for solo dining, and I enjoyed some mountain views while I waited. Though the decor could use some sprucing up, the food more than makes up for it. I’ll definitely be back! 😊
