I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share some feedback about my experience, as I have mixed feelings. Firstly, I want to commend you on the pho soup.
The broth was clean, clear, and transparent, indicating that it was correctly made.
It tasted very good and was definitely a highlight of the meal.
However, I was disappointed with the short ribs in the pho.
The meat quality was quite low, and the marinade and pan-frying did not complement the soup well. Additionally, the sauce for the spring rolls had a strange taste and didn't enhance the dish.
On the positive side, the boba was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite some of the food issues, I appreciated the overall experience.
The place was packed, which speaks to its popularity, and the service was very nice.
Although the restaurant is small, it has a cozy atmosphere. I will be back to try more dishes and will update my review accordingly.
