Pho Bowl is a cozy gem in San Jose that’s perfect for a late-night fix! 🌟 I loved the generous portions of the Quang Noodle; it’s comfort food at its finest! The veggie side dish was incredibly fresh, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary matcha green tea ice cream and tea - what a treat! 🍵

The casual atmosphere makes it a great choice for solo dining or a quick bite with friends. Just a heads up, the owners can be a bit reserved, but the great service more than makes up for it! Definitely a solid spot for quality Vietnamese fare...!
