Pho An Nam has become my go-to spot for authentic pho! The rice noodles have the perfect texture - never soggy, which is so hard to find. Their lemon grass chicken is well-seasoned and juicy, making it a delightful choice. I also enjoyed the refreshing “tri” color drink with coconut milk and red bean, a real treat! The cozy atmosphere is perfect for families, too. Just a heads up - spring rolls were a bit underwhelming. Overall, a satisfying and casual dining experience that I’ll revisit! 🍜
