Pho 84 is a cozy gem in Oakland that captures the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. 🍜 I recently tried the beef chili sate and was thrilled by its bold flavors, although I wish there were more veggies in the dish. The imperial rolls were a clear standout - crispy and packed with fresh ingredients!
