Pho 37 offers a delightful escape to Vietnam right in Richmond! I savored the rare beef pho, bursting with rich flavors - definitely not lacking depth. The charbroiled lemongrass pork vermicelli was another highlight, tender and perfectly seasoned. The spring rolls were crispy, adding a nice crunch to the meal.

Service was superb; our orders were taken promptly, and the staff had excellent memory! The spacious ambiance made it comfortable for the busy lunch hour. I can’t wait to return for more deliciousness... 🥢
