Phở 21 is a delightful little spot in Canoga Park that never disappoints. I opted for their signature pho, and even though it wasn't the most extravagant bowl I've had, it was comforting and hit the spot. The broth had a lovely depth, and the portion was filling.

Their fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce are a must-try! The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a quick solo lunch or a casual dinner with friends. Plus, the staff is welcoming and attentive. I’ll be back for sure! 🍜
