Tried to call my order in, got dropped twice.
Went inside and placed my order.
Ended up with the wrong order.
One of our orders was supposed to be gluten free.
Ended up getting sick because it wasn’t gluten free.
I hate wasting food and money.
It stinks, went to this place a few times but won’t risk getting sick again. As of 7Aug2024 the manager got ahold of me and ended up expressing their sincerest apologizes.
They gave me a refund and their contact information so if I do decide to go back they said they would personally oversee my food.
I appreciate the care and concern.
I’ve updated the food to 3 and service/atmosphere to 5.

I LOVE it when I can Honestly leave a 5 star ⭐ review and today is one of thoses days, lol! Ashley did a Fantastic job taking care of me and making sure my glass was always full and that everything was to my liking! The food is always Delicious at PF Changes in Every city I've ever been in, from California to Texas to Georgia and now here in Rhode Island! This location's quality and service was nothing short of what I would expect and THAT right there is why I keep coming back! Thank you so much for your consistency with the food and service and I look forward to coming back next time I'm here at that mall and Soooo glad I didn't decide to go somewhere else, lol! I'm Full, happy and ready to continue my ride with a happy belly and a big smile on my face! 😁😁😁 The men's Restroom was very clean and I couldn't say enough good things about this location! Obviously I Highly Recommend eating here, lol, so if you're on the fence, allow me to persuade you over to This side, haha, and come enjoy your meal and the Awesome Friendly people here! 😁🤙🏼🏍️💨💨
