Amazing southing atmosphere, heavenly delicious food, friendly and helpful servers.I had two visits in one today first one is short for a drink and second for lunch with mom.From that lovely lady kind enough to open door for my mom and our servers Robert (Robbe) & Tony all were awesome, menu knowledge, serving manners these are great people that make this place more welcoming.Manager Ms.Lauren very sweet and professionally checks on every customer personally, Restrooms are so clean and comfortable. All and all if you didn't visit this place, definitely you should! Must tries; tempura calamari sauce is genius, broccoli beef meat is so tender your heart melt, lettuce wrap every single spice in it is brilliant, from cocktails Rising Dragon and Japanese Old fashion just the cherry on top.We will come again and again.
HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.I ordered the lettuce wraps and also the Buddha’s feast (tofu and veggies) entrees through Uber Eats.When I opened the container of lettuce wraps, BUGS LITERALLY FLEW OUT.As you can see in the photos there were even more bugs, some dead some crawling, inside covering the lettuce.PF Changs delivered me a bug infestations! To make matters worse, the other tofu entree had zero tofu! Just a bunch of vegetables.No protein.Yet they charged me for protein, at almost $20 for that entree! Absolutely ridiculous.I reported this to Uber with the photos too and Uber refused to do anything.So I called the manager at PF Chang’s who also was confident Uber would help me and that I wasn’t reporting it right.He said he couldn’t do anything to help.LAUGHABLE.See the last pic which Uber refused to help.I will be reporting PF Chang’s to the Houston Health Department and FDA - service is one thing but the lettuce isn’t even washed.FOOD SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS is a whole other thing.Do NOT eat here.No one takes responsibility.
Quiet and serene location for this PF Chang’s.We do a lot of takeout from here and decided to come in person this time.The food is consistently good whether we dine in or take out, but the service needs some work.There were probably 3 other tables in for lunch as us and our service still took almost 2 hours.
