Pestle Rock is a hidden gem in Seattle that elevates the Thai dining experience! 🌟 With a focus on the unique Isan region, I enjoyed the flavorful Guay Tiow Tom Yum that was bursting with vibrant spices.

The casual, cozy ambiance is perfect for solo dining or a casual lunch with friends. I especially loved their Thai Iced Tea cocktail, which balanced well with my meal.

Though portion sizes could be larger for the price, the quality makes it worth every bite. Don’t miss the Pork Jerky - it’s a must-try! We’ll be back for more! 🍜✨
